The Turquoise
Coast
Sun Aparts is surrounded by fields, fruit trees and mountains and is ideal for just relaxing by the pool. However, if you wish to explore Southern Turkey it couldn’t be easier. Approx 1hr drive (1hr 45 approx by local bus) are the famous resorts of Olu Deniz and Marmaris. It is a 15 minute drive to Sarigerme Beach (shown below) which has bars, restaurants, shops and a local market.
The beautiful Marina of Gocek (below) also has lots of restaurants, bars, shops and a local market.
There is also a Twelve Island tour which is a
must. Dalyan is only 25 mins away and is the home of the ancient city of
Caunus, boat trips, mountain walks, cycling, white water rafting and the famous
Mud Baths. Iztuzu Beach in Dalyan is one of the few places in the World the Sea
Turtles come to lay their eggs.
Travel from
airport
Car Hire can be arranged for you or you can arrange it direct through airport
based hire companies. We can arrange airport pick ups for those who do not wish
to hire a car. Local Taxi’s are always available.
Please note that a £10 visa per person is payable in sterling upon
arrival at Dalaman airport (no forms to fill in).

The main tourist season in Turkey
is from 1st May to 31st October, however, direct flights are now available from
the UK all year round. Long term rentals are possible outside of this period at
discounted rates should you wish to discuss.
Conditions
Refundable Breakages deposit of
£100 required, no pets and no smoking in the apartment (although smoking is
permitted on the main balcony)

check-out may be possible subject to apartment availability).
Apartment
rental cost
A cost of £225 per week will be
charged + £150 per week thereafter (7 days minimum)
A deposit of 25% of rental charge
is to be paid at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks
before the start of your holiday.
CANCELLATION DETAILS
Cancellation prior to payment of full balance - no return of deposit.
Cancellation after payment of
full balance - no refund.
Please take out holiday insurance
to cover all eventualities including any need to cancel your booking.
